We want your INTRA ONE pieces to fit perfectly. While general sales are final, we gladly accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery to ensure you get the right fit.

Size Exchange Guidelines

  • Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping: You cover the shipping to return the item to us, and we will cover the shipping to send the new size back to you.

  • How to Initiate: Email support@intra.one within 7 days of delivery to start your request.

Defects & Issues

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to support@intra.one within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
