Delivery Time
All items are premade, ready to ship unless otherwise noted. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Please allow 1–5 weeks for your order to arrive (shipping times may vary due to unforeseen delays).
We post regular shipping updates—and any delay notices—on our Instagram.
Pre‑Orders
When purchasing a pre‑order item, additional time is required for production and shipping. Pre‑order wait times typically range from 4–9 weeks, and delays are more common.
If we exceed the estimated timeframe, you may request a refund.
Order Processing
We do our best to ship all orders promptly. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Returned Packages
If your order is returned to sender for any reason, we are not responsible for reshipping. To have it sent out again, you will need to purchase a new shipping label and provide it to us at support@intra.one
International Orders
International customers may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees that are out of our control. These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to estimate these costs before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any packages lost or stolen during transit. Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your carrier to open an investigation.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
